For more than 20 years I have taken on demanding interim assignments for companies, and I am here to help you deliver your projects efficiently and successfully. My focus is on tailored solutions in supply chain management, purchasing and quality management. Clients from the mobility and automotive sectors in particular often call on my support.
A short-term crisis assignment or a long-term strategy: what challenge are you facing? Perhaps you want to optimise your production process, take your supplier relationships to a new level or simply deliver the next product on time.
I help you realise your projects in the best possible way, reduce costs and grow sustainably.
Person and manager
Strategic, appreciative, demanding and creative: many words describe me and the way I work. I think like an entrepreneur, I am assertive and I lead from the front, without forgetting that there are people behind every metric and every product.
In numerous projects, with clear and open communication and a consistently solution-oriented approach, I have optimised operations, guided change processes, strengthened supplier relationships and very often pulled the chestnuts out of the fire.
I am your partner when you want to negotiate with suppliers and secure long-term contracts, improve your key figures or optimise your control processes. Or when you are simply looking for a committed and empathetic sparring partner for your goals.
From Papenburg to Linz.
22 positions since 1999, on site in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Poland, and with suppliers as far as India.

Why an interim manager?
The reasons companies look for managers for a set time are as varied as their challenges. The advantages are clear:
-
Available fast
SME or group: companies often have to react quickly to market changes. An interim manager is available at short notice and brings the expertise needed.
-
Specialist experience
Over many projects the freelance project manager becomes a specialist, bringing experience and best practice from other companies and industries, plus a fresh perspective.
-
Cost efficiency
There is no long-term commitment. The assignment can be planned and calculated and is efficient, because a clear goal is defined.
-
Less downtime
Fast availability keeps important projects and processes running without a gap. A decisive point when contractual penalties loom.
-
Independence
As an external manager I decide without bias, free from internal politics. This helps above all when conflicts need resolving or difficult changes lie ahead.
-
Flexibility
Duration, type and scope of the task are agreed individually. The assignment scales.
