Continuous improvement is anchored in the plant, and OEE on the lighthouse line rose by more than 20 percent to 95 percent.
The task
At the Könnern plant I introduced the OEE efficiency metric and passed on know-how in efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement so that it stays in the plant.
What I did
- Six Sigma and lean trainings: losses and waste, 5S, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, A3 report, set-up and cleaning
- Implementing and validating the processes on the lighthouse line
- Support in selecting the data capture and analysis software
