Better on-time delivery and quality, successful escalation negotiations, a lasting improvement in communication and spare-parts supply contracts over 32 years.

The task

For Berlin’s new J/JK underground trains I developed suppliers, partly as a resident abroad, and negotiated the spare-parts supply contracts with the tier-one suppliers.
