The task
During the warranty phase of Berlin’s new S-Bahn fleet I was responsible for the critical interface between Stadler, Siemens and Deutsche Bahn and strengthened Stadler’s position as consortium leader.
What I did
- Control of project budget and resources
- Commercial and contractual division of work with consortium partner Siemens
- Decisions of strategic importance for the project
- First point of contact for Stadler and DB management in the warranty phase
- Leading a team of three
